Hi, guys. Welcome to the Valerie V show. Today, I have on great glasses and a great backdrop. I thought the white was just too plain. So we’re trying something a little different. So today, we’re gonna talk about being everywhere. Everywhere. Jazz hands. So being everywhere means not cloning yourself and really being everywhere. It means being everywhere in your online presence. It means not just having a blog post or not just having a good Facebook page presence, but having a presence in a lot of different places. So let’s talk about being everywhere. Okay, being everywhere to your target audience means a few different things. So we’re gonna talk about those. This is what happens when you show up in someone’s life consistently. So you show up in their Facebook feed. They see your blog posts. They see your newsletter. They see maybe your Instagram, your Twitter or your Pinterest. They see you all the time, LinkedIn especially. That’s another good one. It’s the key to dominating the newsfeed and the screen of your audience and making your prospects feel like you’re everywhere. The three components of being everywhere are timing, frequency, and platform.
When you’re everywhere, it means you’re showing up at the right time. It’s always been the objective of marketing to be in the right place at the right time. I mean, how lucky is that, right? But with social media and with internet marketing, you can be everywhere and be at the right place at the right time. With being everywhere, that’s what you’re doing. You’re getting your name in front of your audience continuously. So you become the only choice for them and that is so important. So if I see your home care agency over and over and over again in different ways and different formats in different parts of my life, I’m gonna know that when that time comes that Mom needs care, you’re the obvious choice for me. I’ve seen you everywhere. We don’t try and show up magically when they’re ready to make a decision. We show up consistently in a way that offers value and builds a relationship and finally, you become everywhere with the right platform. For many people, being everywhere starts with retargeting and advertising on Facebook. That’s what we teach our clients and that’s what we do for our clients.
But that’s just one channel. YouTube, email, Twitter, Pinterest are all channels where you can show up for your audience. So if you’ve been watching my videos, you know we have a YouTube channel. You know we have a Facebook page. You know we have a Facebook group. We have a private group for our clients. We have a public group for our followers and our friends and people who just want to learn more and we have enewsletters. We have two that go out each week. On a strategic level, being everywhere is about focusing most of your ad budget on someone after they become a lead. This way, you capture more attention and have a higher chance of bring relevant to your ideal potential home care clients. This also creates the small pond, big fish effect. Basically, you can quickly become an authority inside your niche nearly overnight. So even if you’re just a single person trying to run a home care business or it’s just you and one other person, you can appear as big as you want in social media and in online marketing and that’s a great thing.
Most of what we do online is always about more, more, more. But being everywhere is about depth. It’s taking a small number of leads and increasing your magnetism, which we talked about yesterday, by being in front of them with the right frequency, the right timing and on the right platforms. When this happens, you become top of mind with your leads and a consistent feature of their life. This concentrated effort and attention makes it nearly impossible for your potential customers not to see you every single day. So that is what being everywhere means. So where can you be everywhere? If you blog post and that blog post goes out to your social media, like Facebook and Twitter and LinkedIn and Pinterest and maybe Instagram and maybe you create some short videos, which are really easy to do and we’ll talk about that, you don’t have to be on camera like me if you don’t want to. But you can still create short, informative videos. You can have a YouTube channel. You can put them on Facebook. You can do lots of things with those videos. Being everywhere means having a consistent present.
Now if you’re not an expert in all of that, that’s okay. You can hire people to help you do that for you, like LTC Expert Publications. That’s what we do for our clients. We help them be everywhere. That doesn’t mean, though, that they can set it and forget it. That doesn’t mean they can turn everything over to us and get the same results that they would get if they actively engaged as a human person online. Being a participant, engaging, sharing your company news, the internal news, the external news, sharing what’s going on with you in your life and becoming authentic and real, that’s what we’re gonna talk about in the next couple of days. So authentic, real, being you is super important. Without that piece, you’re missing the link in what’s the actual most compelling marketing that generates the most leads.
