Speaker 1 (00:07):

Hey guys, this is Valerie V and I wanted to show you how you compost on your own, um, and schedule things out without buying any software. So if you have a Facebook business pay page, the first thing you’re gonna do, and you should have a Facebook business page, your Facebook account, or the place that you share, your business information should not be a personal account. So I have a personal account. That’s Valerie van Buin. So you can see my family there. Um, you can see, I do post business stuff here, but this is not my business account. So if we go to approved senior network marketing, that is one of our business pages. So I’m gonna go there to that page.

Speaker 1 (00:59):

And what I wanna do is I want to schedule some posts to go out. So when we do a senior care industry, net cast like this, um, you can watch the whole thing and read it on our website. So if you were to click on it, you would go straight to our website and straight to that episode. So you could watch the whole thing. If you wanted to, you can see how we promote it. It’s all there. And by the way, this is free. If anybody wants to be interviewed on the senior care industry at cast, that’s easy and it’s fast. So what I wanna do is make several marketing pieces out of this one piece of content. So this is a 20 minute interview. Um, but what we did was we created several pieces of content. And then what we’re gonna do is we are going to you schedule those to go out over a period of time. So not all in one day. So what we’re gonna do is create a post in creator studio. Everybody has this, you don’t have to pay extra for it. So I am clicking on that and gonna let it load here.

Speaker 1 (02:04):

And it’s gonna ask me if I want to create a new post. And yes, I do. Now I’ve already created several posts about this that are in different formats. We’re gonna do another one. And just to save time, I’ve already gone ahead and, um, just copied and pasted this. So I, uh, it says, listen to this quick audio girl. Um, so I am not gonna put that, cuz this is not gonna be an audiogram. Um, we’re gonna say, watch Christine’s interview Valerie, then let’s uh, then watch, oh wait, um, view the whole episode here. Okay. So we’re just gonna post an image this time. So I’m gonna add a photo. And the photo that I want to add is in this folder, and I am going to add this one, just pick anyone you want. We created these images specifically for Facebook posting, so let’s see how this turns out.

Speaker 1 (03:13):

Okay. That’s great. It’s a, this is what we call quote card. So we created that and now see tag location, but we can tag, although ours is, uh, New York city, New York more options, I don’t really need more options. Um, and then I we’re going to, oh, we don’t need to stop there. It, we wanna schedule this. So we just go through, we added the image, we added hashtags and we added the link to the post that I want people to see. Okay. And I put New York city in there because she’s located in New York city. All right. So let’s see here. Now we are going to click on the down arrow and we’re gonna this post. So I already have one, one out today and I have one scheduled to go out. It’s actually an audiogram on this day. We have one on this day already scheduled. So we’re just gonna skip a couple of weeks or week or so. And we’re gonna go here and 1:05 PM is fine. Hit save. So now we’re gonna schedule this post. So now we have two audiograms and here let’s do this. Let’s say let’s go through March 7th. Oh 2009. What?

Speaker 1 (04:40):

Okay. <affirmative> so we can see that these three are scheduled to go out. One’s gonna go out on 2 7, 2 21, 3 14. So I have 22 pieces of content that we have created from this one interview. And I can go through and post all of them here, go out and not only here on Facebook, but I can post them to go out on, uh, Instagram. And because we have lots of different pieces of content, I can also put them on TikTok, Instagram stories. You can see right here. Let’s see. Let me go back to my profile. You can see all these pieces of content are from different interviews and this is what we call, call a snippet or an audiogram. I just posted this a few minutes ago. So if you were to click on it, I’ve met in my, in my book. I, there’s a couple of stories that, um, I have in there.

Speaker 1 (05:34):

And when you meet, um, so this is an interview, but you could do this with any piece of content. If you have pictures of yourself, um, maybe at attending an event, you can turn them into a little mini video using Annie Moto, a N I M OT O so if you go to Annie Moto, I know if they have a, um, let’s see, oh, sign up free. You could do a little video montage with a little fun music behind it, of the pictures of you at an event, or maybe it’s a caregiver event or an award thing, or, you know, you can make a video, a little video clip of any thing. Uh, and then you could use one still frame as a picture you can use, um, you know, post the audio. I mean, there’s a whole ton of things you can do. If you recently won an award, you could do a little video montage of all the awards that you’ve won and put those on Facebook and you can schedule them to go out.

Speaker 1 (06:35):

So the important thing to know is you hear people say, well, we use hood suite and we use this and that. Yes, if you’re an agency like us, we do not go straight to, we do go straight to Facebook to post videos for our clients, but we do not go straight to Facebook to do all of this work. We actually use, um, a different program. We use something called, um, where is it here? Mm-hmm cloud campaign and that’s for agency users. So we use that to post for over 200 clients every single week. But for those of you who are looking for a cost effective, do it yourself, Facebook already has a built in. You can go ahead and put in all of your photos video. You can easily make videos for free. That don’t include your face. If that’s something you don’t like, you can have them include text.

Speaker 1 (07:25):

Um, you can do anything you want. You can preschedule them to go out. You need to be posting at least once a day. Some people will tell you five times a day, but I don’t know if I could deal with that. So, um, those are the kinds of things that are really important to, and I hope you take advantage of this. This is free it’s inside of Facebook and you don’t have to buy anything as far as images and things like that. We use Canva. So you can go to canva.com. Um, I’m logged in and we do have bigger than a free account because we do so much, but you can, um, have your own account. You can use all of their templates, see all these, you can use any of these templates and create your own, um, Facebook posts. Once you’ve created 10, you can go in and schedule them for the next two weeks, Monday through Friday around noon and, uh, go into Facebook and schedule them. And you’re done for two weeks. So I hope that helps you guys see how you can do this on a budget. If you want someone else to do it for you, we would happily entertain doing that for you. We do so much more than just Facebook posting and social media, but, um, having someone else do it for you and outsourcing it can be a huge time saver. Thanks everybody. Bye.
