Home Care Marketing 101- Never Miss a Potential Lead that Calls the Office!

Hey guys, this is Valerie. I want to show you something really important. This is available to everyone who has the GEM program. You’re going to want this. We are getting more and more involved in running betas with Google, specifically, Google My Business and the ASNSPARK! CRM can do this for you now. So every single one of you out there who owns a home care agency, assisted living or whatever you’re doing. You miss calls and you miss calls when people are calling from your Google My Business listing. So if I go to approved senior network … That’s my phone you’re looking at it on the screen. See there. If I were to fire up my phone, I were to call that right now. And Valerie missed that call. Here’s what is going to happen.

Valerie:

So let’s pretend that this is your home care agency. I am a consumer and I just called your business. But it’s Friday at 5:20 PM Eastern Time. And the office just closed and the person who the line is forwarded to didn’t pick up. So this is what’s going to happen. You’re going to miss that call, and it might be an adult child. It might be who knows what? So here is what they’re going to receive if you are with us and you have an account in the ASN spark CRM. And you’re in our GEM program, which means that we’re doing enhanced marketing for your Google My Business. And we have access to it. We’re going to hook up your Google My Business listing to the CRM so that two things happen.

Valerie:

Number one, if somebody messages you from your Google My Business listing, let’s look at that. What does that look like? You see this little button that says chat. So I am going to chat. Now you can see I’ve already done this. If I open that chat on my Google My Business listing, you should have this too. We can enable it for you. “Welcome to pro-senior network or welcome to ABC Home Care. How can we help you?” And this is me saying, “Oh my God, this works.” And then this is me saying, “Yes, it does.” If I am the consumer and I say, “I need home care for my mom.” What’s going to happen now is that ABC Homecare…. Because of this is all hooked up, they’re going to receive this message instantly. This is the home care agency. Whoever has the access to this ASN chat is going to receive a text message that says, ‘Hey, somebody is trying to text with you from your Google My Business listing. You need to log in and see who it is or you need to go there.” So this is what the home care agency just received. “Valerie, this person is chatting with you and it says, Valerie VanBoob, and I need home care for my mom.” So what that tells you is, “Hey, hey, hey, go into your ASN spark CRM mobile app, and chat back with them,” which you can do from there, or log into your Google My Business account, and chat with them from there, whatever you want to do.

Valerie:

Normally you would never see these, but we have it hooked up so that you are notified every time somebody tries to chat with you. Now, every time somebody tries to call you and they use your Google My Business listing to call, which if you want to see what that looks like, that is right here. So if I am looking for home care and I decide to click that call, but the call was missed. Then what happens is now we have the system set up so that it’s going to send that human a text. Now mine is a lot different than yours. Mine says, “Hey, there, this is the approved senior network staff, sorry. We missed your call. How can we help?” For me, because we’re not a home care agency, mine says “Current clients email support,” and there’s the email address. “Not a client, fill out our form here. And that’s our contact us form. Thank you.” So this is the text that’s sent out if we miss a call from you.

Valerie:

So if you are calling us from your cell phone, moving forward, you will get this call. But I, as the owner of the business, am also going to get a text that says, “Hey, you just missed a call, but we did send them a text to let them know.” So this prevents us from ever missing a valid call. So if this goes to voicemail, if it’s missed, if there’s no answer, or if the line is busy, this text will go out to the person you tried to call. So we’re never going to miss a call. And we’re always going to be able to communicate with the person who just called us. So you need that too. As a home care agency, you never want to miss a call because people will just hang up. So you want to make sure they don’t have to leave a message to get this message, to get this text.

Valerie:

You want to make sure that anytime somebody calls your business, they get a text back. This is called missed call text back. If they text you, you want to be notified from your Google My Business. If they call you from Google My Business, you want to make sure that they get a text back if that call is missed. And we can pretty much set that up for any phone number you use through the smart CRM.

Valerie:

So please, if you’re not in our GEM program, Google Enhanced Marketing. Get in there now. This is just one of many things that we can do to give you more leads. This has nothing to do with Google Pay-Per-Click. This has nothing to do with Google Ads. This is organic traffic. We can enhance your Google My Business listing so that you show up better. And once you show up better, you never want to miss a call and you never want to miss someone trying to chat with you through your Google My Business listing.

Google is on a roll right now. They want people to go to Google and never leave Google. They do not want people to leave there. They want this right here. Oops. I can’t … trying to do it. They want this to be the place where people stay. They want this information to be what you see and what you stay on on Google. They don’t want you to go away from here. They want you to stay here.

So if that’s the case and Google is going more and more and more and more toward that kind of action, then what we want to make sure is that you are never missing a call and you are never missing a chat from someone who hits your Google My Business.
